Hey Jen, love that you are doing this! Since July, when I decided to tackle age onset arthritic pains that I cannot take anti-inflammatories for, I have become low sugar, yeast-free, dairy free, egg free, and peanut free based on a blood test that determined inflammatory triggers in my system. The results have been amazing! I was overwhelmed when I first started googling what my eating choices could be, but have been pleasantly surprised that it really means all natural meat, fruits, certain grains, and vegetables that have led to shedding 25 lbs., only typical stiffness if I am sedentary and a self-impowering feeling from committing to this lifestyle. I love the recipes I have seen sans the wine, mushrooms (yes, they are yeast producing), eggs, and peanuts, but I see lots of possibilities from your creative cooking ideas! My hardest meal is breakfast because I loved peanut butter or cream cheese on banned breads/baked goods, too high sugar content jellies, occasional eggs in omelettes, etc., and was not a cereal lover. I now often eat lunch/dinner stuff in its place, but am so stymied with ideas. I will definitely stay in touch with your site!!

Rosi, thanks so much! My diet is looking much more like yours these days. No legumes, refined sugar, dairy, or grains (though I will make an exception for dairy and gf grains once in a while). So, yes! You will definitely see more coming your way! Thanks for following and for your kind words. I love savory breakfasts, so I will be thinking about that for you. 🙂 I’m so thrilled for you that this journey to health has proven successful and you feel great!
